IBSG Events


International Business Students Global (IBSG) has developed a new online site where visitors can stay apprised of their many activities and upcoming events including two presentations in October in collaboration with the Albuquerque Council of International Visitors.

October 7
American, American Studies, and American/Terran Relations: Contested by the Global
A one-and-a-half hour discussion with five scholars from the Palestinian Territories will allow for the sharing of ideas about how to study the United States in a global context.

October 10
World Youth Development and Citizenship: A Discussion.
The presentation will feature five Open World Delegation scholars from Tajikistan with professional interests in youth development, human rights, and world society.  In cooperation with the Global Education Office, The International Studies Institute, and The National Securities Program.

IBSG is a group of global and international business professionals comprised of the highest caliber students at the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management interested in questions of international management, corporate citizenship, and the global political economy. IGBS is hosted by the Anderson's  FITE Department and membership is open to all students. Dr. Manuel Montoya is the faculty advisor.
