CFO Academy Now at UNM Anderson

Executive and Professional Education (EPE) at the UNM Anderson School of Management is the new home of the CFO Academy.  Founded by Brandon Haines and a prestigious board of trustees from diverse organizations, The CFO Academy is a professional association of Chief Financial Officers dedicated to the executive and leadership development of its community.  The move to the Anderson School gives the CFO Academy an increased ability to market its events and develop stronger ties with the business community. 

The CFO Academy’s Professional Development Series offers financial professionals information about the changing nature of their business as well as excellent networking opportunities and continuing education credits. 

Dr. Van Buren
The first event in the upcoming series is Ethics in the C-Suite by UNM Anderson Professor Harry J. Van Buren. Dr. Van Buren will discuss how the C-Suite sets the ethical tone for an organization, for good or for ill.  His interactive presentation will explore how the C-suite can promote a positive ethical tone, what systems need to be in place, and what top managers need to do to make this happen.

The cost is $45 pre-register or $55 at the door. Free parking is included for pre-registers. The public is invited to attend.  Appetizers and refreshments are included and two hours non-technical CPE credit is available.
