He has been called the "smartest strategist in America" by INC Magazine. Meet strategist Jack Stack on October 13, 2015 as part of the McKinnon Distinguished CEO Lecture Series presented by the Anderson School of Management.
Stack is the President and CEO of SRC Holdings Corp., a manufacturing and distribution company that INC singled out as "one of America’s most competitive small companies." The company has sales of more than $550MM per year and employs 1,400+ people. It was named one of the Top 100 Companies to Work for in America.
In his presentation Stack will discuss the beginnings of the SRC Holding Corp. along with open-book management and how it changed the culture of the workplace. He will share information from his seminars and training programs specializing in all aspects of teaching people how to implement this effective management style. Stack is the author of The Great Game of Business and A Stake in the Outcome which outlines the open-book program that has been recognized by the CBS program "Eye on America", PBS "McNeill-Lehrer Report" and has received both the National Business Ethics Award and Business Enterprise Trust Award.

The McKinnon Distinguished CEO Lecture Series was created in 2010 by Anderson alum Sonnet McKinnon and her husband D. Ian McKinnon as an expression of their commitment to UNM and the Anderson School.
