The Albuquerque Journal's Business Outlook recently featured the winners of this year's New Mexico Ethics in Business Award. UNM Anderson School of Management partners yearly with Samaritan Counseling Center to select and recognize highly ethical businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals.
Nominations come from members of the community at large. After an initial screening process conducted by Ethics in Business Committees, UNM business ethics students guided by UNM professor Sarah Smith complete a semester long research project reporting their findings on each of the nominees.
Additionally, several student teams each year are recognized by the Selection Committee for exemplary reports on their nominee. Each student on those teams receives a small scholarship and a letter of recognition from Dean White and the CEO of Samaritan Counseling Center.
Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available by calling Ashley Gonzales, Resource Development Specialist at Samaritan Counseling Center 505-842-5300 or via email at agonzales@samaritancc.com.
