UNM Anderson School of Management will host the sixth annual Sino-US Advanced Workshop of Electronic Commerce on April 28-30, 2014. The workshop, sponsored by UNM and Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, is cross-disciplinary, covering areas from computer science to information systems and service science.
The theme of the workshop is Big Data in eCommerce and will highlight two highly topical and important phenomena: services and big data. The featured keynote speaker is Dr. Zhangxi Lin from the Rawls College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University.
The workshop will offer opportunities for government officials, local authorities, researchers and scholars, and industry people to exchange ideas and engine renovations. Dr. Xin (Robert) Luo, Professor of Information Assurance and Management Information Systems, is the workshop coordinator.
