Xin Luo Editorial and Panel Appointments

Dr. Xin (Robert) Luo has recently been appointed Editor in Chief for the International Journal of Information and Computer Security beginning April 1, 2016. He was also invited to be a National Science Foundation Expert Review Panelist for a Secure and Trust Cybersecurity taking place in Washington, D.C. Only 10 scholars are invited to this social science security panel.
