Retail Management Students Help Revamp Whole Foods.

This spring, Linda Shul's Retail Management class is taking part in the Academy/Wyoming Whole Foods renovation, including a tap room to be dubbed Sandia Saloon. 
Damien Garcia, Store Leader, has invited the class to be a part of developing the new concept.  So far, students in Retail Management have provided Albuquerque brewery research and unique menu items for consideration.  The students will also be helping with merchandising, inventory, layout and design, promotion, and more.
