Congratulations to John Benavidez and Catherine Roster on the success of the marketing students in the Credit Karma Campus Challenge. They topped 19 other schools to win first place. On a key metric (new accounts), UNM beat second place University of Arizona by almost a 4 to 1 margin.
Five students will travel to San Francisco next month to present their campaign and results to the Credit Karma executives, and one student from the class will get an internship with the company. In addition, Credit Karma will award a $1,500 cash prize to Anderson, which will go towards supporting future initiatives of the Johnson Marketing Center.
